Microsoft Mechanics have put together a great video rounding-up all of the recent Microsoft Teams updates that have been released recently.
In the video they cover:
- 3 x 3 meeting video updates — and planned updates for 4 x 4 and even more.
- Raised hands in meetings.
- Pop-out windows for chat, posts, and meetings.
- Upcoming improvements to meeting settings and custom backgrounds.
- All of the new join meeting options allowing you to manage students online.
- New custom team templates which can be pushed out by the administrator – great for setting up a template for departmental teams.
- A simplified version of SharePoint lists are also being brought into Teams to allow you to create an manage data in Teams.
If you’re not already, I recommend following Microsoft Mechanics on YouTube. The channel sometimes has a corporate focus, but they cover a lot of the latest Microsoft updates in an simple and straightforward way.
