Apple has updated the few remaining core iPad apps to meet the iOS 7 design guidelines. It’s all so white!
If you check the Apple App Store you’ll find updates for iTunes U and iBooks are now available. The functionality of both apps is the same as before but now the faux bookshelves have been replaced with stark white backgrounds and a minimalist UI.
If you’re a big iBooks user you’ll still be at home here, as long as you can get used to the snow blindness inducing background. More concerning, however, is the iTunes U layout on iPhone which becomes a cramped mess of text on the smaller screen.
Have you updated yet? What do you think?
