Conversations in your Microsoft Teams class should of course be encouraged! But very occasionally there are one or two students who can’t be trusted, which is especially difficult to deal with when distance learning.
Fortunately it’s really easy to mute one, two, or even a whole class of students with just a couple of clicks. Muting students doesn’t stop their ability to chat one-on-one with you, so you can still chat with them directly, they just won’t be able to disrupt your lesson any longer.
Time needed: 1 minute.
