Some interesting stats now being shared by Microsoft:

95% of the 140 odd UK Universities are using Microsoft 365 and many of them now using Teams. The biggest university customer is the University of Central Lancashire who now have nearly 3000 surface units. They are using Teams for all their online learning including lots of videos.

There’s a case study online now.
