I’ve had several issues where a Team doesn’t show for a teacher in the Teams app even though they are correctly set as an owner in the Teams admin panel.
Often this is reported as a team either disappearing, not being displayed at all, or the teacher being able to see the team but not edit it or access the class OneNote.
To resolve this do the following:
Find the team in Teams admin panel. Switch the teacher to a member (you might need to add yourself as an owner to do this), then immediately switch them back to an owner. This resolved the problem in the cases I’ve tested.
I’m not entirely sure what is causing this yet, but it only seems to affect a few teachers. I suspect it may have something to do with updates made to the timetable not being reflected corrected in SDS.
